Showing appreciation is one way to motivate employees who work in your company. It’s worth taking time out of your schedule to show your staff that you value their hard work and loyalty. Here are some ways to give unique rewards to employees who work in your company. 

Hold an Award Style Event 

Create a special event night (or day) for your employees at least once a year to show that you appreciate the hard work they have done for your company. Random Gifts 

Just because you have never given tokens of your appreciation out of the blue, does not mean it shouldn’t be done. It doesn’t need to be an expensive gift. Spend Break Time with Employees
